WHY WE CALL OURSELVES

Happy Whole Way

We know that after breaking free from a highly controlling religious system, the last thing you want is another person handing you a new set of rules or beliefs to follow. We couldn't agree more! That's why at Happy Whole Way, our name is an invitation to something radically different — a journey where you are the guide, and your own voice leads the way.

Happy

Happy is the deep-rooted joy that comes when you no longer have to contort yourself to fit into someone else’s idea of who you should be. It’s about the delight of coming home to who you really are.

Whole

Whole is the truth that you were never broken to begin with. Your worth is found through embracing all parts of you where you begin to live in the messy, beautiful, realness of being fully yourself.

Way

Way honors that we know there’s no one-size-fits-all path forward. We’re not the new "right way." We're here to create a space where you can discover YOUR own way —  shaped by your truth and values.

You get to create your own way back home to yourself because

You Are a Wayfinder.

"I found my own way after religion tried to choose it for me." - YOU

YOUR STORY IS OURS TOO

We are Cara + Rachael

Not only is this our business, this is personal. We both were former kids pastors in the Evangelical church who walked away from everything to find our own way.

The way we deconstructed and left the Church looks completely different from each other, but one thing is the same: We both had to embark on figuring out our way back home to ourselves.

   WHAT WE VALUE

The Answers Are Within

Your healing begins when you trust your own voice again. You don’t need someone else’s map — you already carry the way inside you. We'll just show you how to connect to and access it.

You Are Already Whole

You were never broken to begin with. You've always possessed your wholeness. Healing isn’t about fixing yourself; it’s about embracing every part of who you are, with compassion and courage.

Caring vs Curing

We believe that healing does not mean “curing” or making perfect, like religion taught you. Healing is the process of learning how to care for who you are now so you can navigate through all of life's ups and downs.
