🎉You lead with your PHYSICAL self🎉
It is natural for you to be in tune with your body, knowing her needs, wants, and pleasures. You enjoy finding ways to nourish yourself with the right foods and routines, keeping yourself in optimal health-defined by YOU. You find enjoyment in your body and like to take care of her, which is exactly why you are drawn to self care rituals that are geared towards just that (think baths, massages, pedicures, etc). Whenever you feel bothered by something, either emotionally or mentally, you know how to channel that frustration through exercise or movement of your body (like dancing, running, or hiking). There is nothing like a good sweat to make you feel better! Your ability to be structured and disciplined with your body is inspiring to those around you.
As a Physical Type,You Are Really Good At:

Creating routines that focus around your body
You are the queen of routine. Your friends admire your ability to tune into yourself and create a structure to support yourself.

Knowing how to take care of yourself
You are a pro at knowing what your body needs and when. From nourishing foods to self care ideas, you've got your own back (literally!).

Working out emotions through movement
If something is bothering you, nothing cures it better than tending to your body, sweating or shaking it out.
You Are a Multi-Dimensional Human Being!
Yes, you might lead with your PHYSICAL self, however, there are a total of 5 components that make up all of you: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual and Relational. We call this the WHOLE self.Â
You were taught in high demand religion that the only part of you worth anything was your spiritual (eternal) self. Everything else was temporary, deceptive, sinful, and needed to be guarded at all times lest you be deceived by the enemy. This damaging programming trained you to mistrust yourself and disconnect from all these amazing parts of yourself that have SO much wisdom to offer you!
We believe the path to wholeness is to connect with the resources that every part has for you. That means, when you know what your dominant Self Love Type is, you use the strengths of your type to usher in all of the other parts that don't feel as easy.Â

So, yes, you are GREAT at taking care of your Physical Self, now you can find ways to nurture the Emotional, Mental, Relational, and Spiritual parts of you as well, letting your body lead the way
Your potential to tap into the power of your body is so unique!Â
Out of all the types, those who lead with the physical self have the knowledge that their bodies are full of wisdom and magic. You've learned how to tap into that power and there is no doubt how awe-inspiring it is for others. The more you foster this relationship between yourself and your body, the easier it will be for you to stay in utmost health. And not just physically but emotionally, mentally and spiritually, too! Once you learn how to connect ALL parts of yourself, there is no stopping you!

Physical Types, You'll Want to Watch Out For...

Despite how in tune you are to your body, you also have the tendency to use it as a means to escape feeling your emotions. It probably feels easier for you to deal with physical sensations than emotional pain.
You might also have a tendency to view your body as something to master, escape, or tolerate, and not celebrate. That's probably because you were conditioned for years in religion that your body wasn't actually trustworthy. It's urges were bad, it's desires were not to be acted upon, and ultimately it was just 'dust'. For you, understanding the interconnectedness between your emotions, thoughts, and how they show up as physical symptoms in your body will be a huge transformative practice (if it isn't already). Doing daily check-ins with the integration of your body, emotions, and thoughts will be an important practice to connect you to the other parts of yourself you might be neglecting.
Self Care Tips for Physical Types:

Mirror Work
When getting ready in the morning, take 30 seconds to pause and REALLY look at yourself in the mirror. Take a deep breath and look into your eyes. Ask, ‘What do I need from myself today? How can I show up for myself emotionally?”

Check-ins
Scan your body from head to toe (possibly while in the shower or just before bed). Notice the symptoms that are appearing. Ask yourself “What is my body telling me? Are there emotions I need to feel? Thoughts I need to acknowledge?"

Intentional Rest
Because you are a mover and shaker, you might overlook a powerful way to care for your body: Rest. Get intentional about giving your body the rest she needs by planning down times and breaks. Discipline yourself to take them.

Body Gratitude
Make a list of everything your body does for you, especially the things she does without you even telling her to. This is your body gratitude list. And don’t forget the hidden parts that you can’t see. They deserve thanks too!
